The most valuable gift that we as humans can give anyone is the Gift of Life. Blood Donation is the best way to give a new lease of life to someone. It is a sign of a caring and compassionate hear, full of love for fellow humans. Emergencies occur every minute. Any one of us or any one from our family can need blood any time. Every second someone needs blood .For each person requiring blood, it is an emergency and the patients could have set back if blood is not available.
A single unit of blood from you can help one or more patients. As you know, our blood is made up of several useful components- The Red Blood Cells, The white Blood Cells, the Platelets and selected Plasma Proteins, which perform special functions in our body. Each of these components can be separated from your donated volume of blood and transfused into a specific patient requiring that particular component
So let us get Together as One to help out each other in the time of emergency and pledge to give a New lease of life to someone who needs it.
